Should You Add Dietary Supplements to Your Diet?

The sports nutrition business is a multi-billion dollar industry. There are tons of products available at the local supermarket or health food store that all promise to increase muscle mass, speed up fat loss and give an extra burst of energy when you need it. If you try to keep up with taking every “breakthrough” supplement on the market, you will soon find that you are losing a lot of weight, but it will all be from your bank account.


Before you start taking supplements to make your diet healthier, think about what the word supplement really means. When you supplement, you are replacing something with something else.
