What to drink and eat and what to not?

Our people, especially young people, do not know what to drink and eat and what not to. Our heritage drinks and foods are the best for us. Fresh lime juice with a little salt, classical sambhar, kanji water with a pinch of salt, karingali o r jeeraka (cumin seed) water are good . Even boiled plain water is good. Carry one of them during your journeys. Don’t use mineral water available in shops. Best of course is freshly prepared lime juice. It contains plenty of anti oxidants, which are good for health.
